Strip Mining in Australia *Mild Swearing*

Just been watching Hardtalk, where they were talking about the Chinese buying the rights to mine certain sacred hills and mountains, amongst other places, where Aboriginals still live. Knowing the reputation of the Chinese government for things such as culture, heritage and respect for the beliefs of other, there's going to be nothing left in twenty years. The opinion of one of the billionaires was disheartening, he thought that if people didn't get their fossil fuels from Australia, they'd just get it from other places. Well, no, they wouldn't, if everyone stood firm and said, no, you know what guys, the money isn't worth the impact on both local and global environments. It's actually making me bloody angry really. Sheer disgust at the whole situation. The sort of feeling whereI want to hit something. Hard. Instead, I'm going to do something I don't often feel the need to do when it comes to world matters. Spellwork.
For now, that's me, over and out
Eleyse~
